Everyday Task

Tick one box a day.Keep the streak.

A habit tracker that is one single row per day. No projects, no lists to empty, no setup evening. You open it, you tick what you did, you close it.

And underneath, an entirely optional game of points, planets and badges — for the days when the habit on its own is not quite enough.

No app store · No card · Your email is only ever used to sign you in

Go on, tick one43

That is it. That is the app. The rest is what happens when you keep doing it.

Three things, then it runs itself

  1. 1
Write what you want to do every day

Run, read, practise, call your mum. Daily, three times a week, every other day — you pick the rhythm once and never touch it again.

  2. 2
    Tick it, on the day

One tap on the box. Yesterday and the day before stay open too, so a late tick still counts.

  3. 3
    Watch the streak grow

Each tick pays out as many points as its streak is long. Miss a day and it drops back to zero — which is exactly why you won’t.

Why it sticks

Entirely optional

And then there is the game part

Ticking a box is the whole app. What follows sits on top of it — small extra goals for the days when the habit on its own is not quite enough to get you to tick the box. Ignore every bit of it and Everyday Task is still just a list you tick, working exactly the same.

It lives on your home screen

There is no app to download and no store to go through. Add the page to your home screen and it opens full screen, like anything else on your phone.
